Our mission is to empower youth with positive alternatives, fostering personal development and community viability. Through mentorship, education, and community engagement, we strive

The 100 Men Standing Strong is an organization of men founded for over fifteen years to identify and meet the challenges that help young people are facing in the community today. Be it a question of fighting against poverty, discrimination, hunger, or sharing creative ideas or views in or bringing a positive and sustainable development
The 100 Men Standing Strong is an organization of men founded for over fifteen years to identify and meet the challenges that help young people are facing in the community today. Be it a question of fighting against poverty, discrimination, hunger, or sharing creative ideas or views in or bringing a positive and sustainable development to their society. The 100 men standing is based on a single premise that young people have the potential and willingness to bring about momentous change therefore they must be provided with opportunities to play a significant role for creating better lives for themselves, their communities and society as a whole.
We strongly believe that as we continue to work, in our neighborhoods, in our respective communities, there is great value to be gained through the exchange of experiences, information and ideas, and by supporting one another at a greater level. By building this informal collectively organized network, we hope to go beyond the institutional barriers that freeze and compartmentalize dialogues.

We are all cultural activists of some kind. Some of them are musicians or artists, dramatists or cultural organizers. Our cultures and the cultures of the communities we live in are at the root of the life we do. Asserting our right to culture is a significant act. We are all cultural activists of some kind. Some of them are musicians or artists, dramatists or cultural organizers. Our cultures and the cultures of the communities we live in are at the root of the life we do. Asserting our right to culture is a significant act. Promoting an awareness of our own culture is important and finding ways and means of finding and preserving lost and present cultures is part of the process.
Young people have a responsibility to do this. We have to find as many ways as we can to sustain and maintain our culture, we also find ways to celebrate our cultures and move forward to the future.
Young people around the world have to join the youth movement to share their experiences, ideas and skills in promoting youth initiatives in the field of creative action at all levels. After all, being able to express cultural identity is an important element in preserving and developing a sense of personal identity.
